ATLANTA (AP) - Former President Jimmy Carter will give his annual address to the freshman class at Emory University.
The speech by the Georgia native is scheduled for Wednesday at 8 p.m. on the Atlanta campus. Carter has been holding town hall meetings with the university's new students for 28 years.
During the event, he will take questions submitted by students and drawn at random.
