CHATTANOOGA, TN (WRCB) One of Chattanooga's most popular attractions is getting some money for refurbishment.
Carta is getting four-point-seven million dollars in stimulus money to refurbish the Inclined Railway.
The Incline provides passengers with a scenic ride up the side of Lookout Mountain.
